I just have to rave about how amazing Jake and the staff are! I bought a Dache Apollo, and it had a few hiccups. Since I’m in New York, they flew one of their techs all the way from Florida to fix my cart because Dache was months behind schedule! They’re truly the best customer service, and they stand by their sales. All I can say is, if you’re looking for a cart, they’re definitely the people you want to buy from!

Best choice family entertainment

Not all reviews are created equally. Not all Brands are created equally either, because every brand is apt to have one bad apple every once in a while.

The question is, how does the dealer handle it when that 1 out of 1000 defectives just wont work right?

Well I was that customer and I had that one lemon that we just couldn't get to work right. Jake and his team tried everything to fix it, and we simply could not get it to work right.

In the end, a year later, they warrantied the entire cart out for a new one, no questions asked. They have a customer for life with me and I will recommend them to everyone from this day forward. 5 Star product, 5 Star customer service, would give 100 stars if I could.
