Love my golf cart. More than the cart I have to say that Jakes Custom Carts gets a 20 out of 10 for their customer service. No one seems to cares about customer service anymore, but they do. They have been top notch to deal with from day one. I was not sure about buying on line, since I live in Illinois. They have been great. My cart was delivered 3 weeks after purchase. Love the cart but the customer service impressed me even more than the goft cart did.

I had the absolute best experience ordering my cart. I was skeptical at first being it was an ad on facebook. I live in Michigan and the cart was coming from Florida. Everyone around me kept telling me It was a scam and I wouldn't be able to get parts etc etc. I worked with COLLIN on my cart and let me tell you. He quickly alleviate all my concerns. Sent me the link to get parts if needed as well as assured me that I could contact them for parts as well. Collin responded quickly to all my text and believe me there were a lot. I was kinda a pain in the butt due to my excitement. My cart is everything I expected and more. While I love my cart I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about the customer service Collin provided and has still provided even after the sale and delivery were completed. I text to let him know I was missing a bracket for my windshield he sent it quickly. He text periodically just to see how things are going with the cart. Again the customer service is amazing. If they all give the same service as Collin anyone would be happy they chose Jake's Custom Carts. Sorry for the long review.

Love the cart but Jake's customer service is literally unbelievable. Must have had 20 interactions through the purchase with multiple employees at Jake's. Texts, calls, even a video call to ease my mind before sending the payment. They walked me through their facility in Tampa showing me tons of carts in stock, then took me to my cart virtually. It was already ready to go, by the way the day following the purchase. Purchased from them online on Wednesday and it came from Tampa to my driveway in Richmond, Va. On Friday! Best price for custom carts, best responsive staff I have ever dealt with, lowest shipping cost. They did way more than your typical expectation could imagine. Highly recommend!!!

Top notch responsiveness. Purchased from Texas, completely online, Jake’s made the process seamless and quick to respond to any questions I had. Shipping/delivery took right at 3 weeks from order but was easy getting status updates from the team. If not local to Fl and hesitant to purchase online consider Jake’s, they did not disappoint.

Hi! I have been looking at golf carts online everywhere and Jake’s was in a league of their own! The reviews caught my attention and then the prices ! I found a cart on their website, called their store and they made it happen. The whole experience was so pleasant. Quick and easy, bought a golf cart, sight unseen and they DELIVERED it to my doorstep! My only surprise was it came sooner than expected and was even prettier in person! Now, we have a sharp golf cart to drive on the course( oh yeah, they know what tires are acceptable and not on golf courses as well). I highly recommend this place to spend your “golf cart “ money, you won’t be disappointed!

Had a cart being delivered from Jake’s & del trailer got hit from behind & totaled my golf cart. Jake’s contacted me right away & informed me of the accident. Then they immediately prepared another cart & shipped it out. Great communication & service. Highly recommend Jake’s.
