I have been looking for awhile for a new golf cart I just been so undecided Because their is so many to choose from but one day searching on the internet I saw Jake's custom carts. So I thought I reached out to them. They were awesome start answering all my questions and made my search feel very comfortable. I was a little concerned that I lived in NC and this company is in Tampa Fl but I quickly found out it would not be a problem. So I decided to move forward. I did the application which was very simple & easy and our new Kandi 4PRO golf cart was here in a week and when it was delivered, the delivery guy showed us everything and now we are happy golf cart owners. Love my golf cart. More than the cart I have to say that Jakes Custom Carts gets a 20 out of 10 for their customer service. No one seems to cares about customer service anymore, but they do. They have been top notch to deal with from day one. I was not sure about buying on line, since I live in Illinois. They have been great. My cart was delivered 3 weeks after purchase. Love the cart but the customer service impressed me even more than the goft cart did.
