Built from nothing in late 2023. Now Florida’s fastest-growing custom golf cart dealer.
We started with 9 carts in a single rented unit. Two and a half years later: 16 employees, 100–160 carts in inventory on any given day, and three service-and-delivery trucks on Florida roads every morning.
How we got here
I’d been working in the Florida golf cart business for a couple of years when the dealership I was at started going bankrupt. I didn’t have many options, so I decided to open my own shop and finally do it the way I’d always thought it should be done.
So in late 2023 I rented the cheapest unit I could afford, stocked it with nine golf carts, and got to work. I did everything myself — sales, service, deliveries, the books — until I could afford to hire one person. Then another. As the business grew, we took over the next unit in the complex. Then another. Then we moved into our current Tampa shop. Six months later we took over the unit next door. Six months after that, the unit on the other side. And last month, we added another 6,000 square feet in another building in the same complex.
Today we’re a 16-person team with somewhere between 100 and 160 custom golf carts in stock on any given day, three trucks and trailers on the road every day for service and delivery, and 100+ carts delivered every month. We’ve gotten to work with more than 1,400 customers nationwide in two and a half years — and we’re going to keep treating every new one like they’re our very first.

What we actually believe
Selling a golf cart is the easy part. What’s hard is everything around it — making the buying process simple, getting the cart configured the way you actually want it, delivering it when we said we would, and being around after the sale when something needs maintenance, parts, or a service call. A golf cart is a moving vehicle. Stuff happens. We just want to be the dealer that handles that part better than the next guy.
Honestly, we don’t pay much attention to what other dealers are doing. We just try to be a little better than we were yesterday. Some days that means tightening up how we deliver. Some days it’s a service tech driving four hours to fix something that would’ve been easier next week. Some days it’s me working seven days a week because there’s always something we can do better.
That’s the whole thing. Just keep getting better.
