Jake's is amazing. I had an issue with my cart. I texted them, sent pics and videos. 2 days later they were in Palm Bay and the issue was resolved. I love my cart and the service I have been given since day one!!

Just got my cart delivered yesterday all the way to key west, took three weeks to get it street legal but cannot be more happy with service from jakes carts. All my questions were always answered, customer service is top notch. If you need a gulf cart dont hesitate to buy from jake. Prices are reasonable. Just the whole experience all the way around we are happy with.

Moved to Florida into a Golf Cart friendly community. When we arrived in Florida the Car Movers let me know they were delayed by a couple days. Google searched for Golf Cart dealers in the Tampa area while landing in the plane, found Jake's Custom Carts website. Super easy to get the "Out the Door" price and it was a solid price. Got the quote in a couple minutes, liked what I saw, pressed the "Deposit" button on the emailed quote, put a $500 deposit while in the Uber on the way to our new home. Got a text within about 5 minutes from "Jake" asking if I needed any accessories and delivery. Texted back and forth about my situation with not having a vehicle for a few days and how quickly could he deliver the new Kandi 6-seater to my home. He responded "tomorrow". Mind you, this was at around 4:30pm on a Friday, hahaha. I said "heck ya", that would be awesome. Sure enough, a friendly gentlemen arrived in a large black truck/trailer the next day and my family and I were able to enjoy our community for those couple extra days without our vehicle using our new Golf Cart. The entire experience blew my mind. Simple, efficient, great communication the entire time and a quality product. Price was less than the dealer in my original home state as well by about $500 bucks. So ya, this company "Jake's Custom Carts" are a solid group of people, delivering excellent service and a quality product. I'd recommend them to Mom, Dad, and ya... if you're reading this... you too!

Can’t say enough good things about Jake’s Custom Carts. Great service, great cart, great response times. Had a small issue with the cart right after I bought it (had nothing to do with them) and they were out immediately the following day to get it fixed. I had a good and honest experience from this company. Colin was my point of contact and always responded quickly. Service guys were amazing, nice, and very helpful. The cart is beautiful and I am loving it.

Jakes Custom Carts is awesome. Unfortunately, I went with another dealer for a different cart first. Nothing but problems with them. Lies, lies, lies, total used car salesman personality. Once I found Jake's, everything fell into place. From my 1st interaction with them, the experience was fantastic. We got the exact cart we wanted, with everything on it that we wanted.. No lies, No BS... From the day I gave my deposit to the day it was delivered to my door, only took 19 days. Collin is my guy there, to this day, he is still extremely helpful..

Called them on the phone, told him what I wanted and went down there first thing on a Monday morning. They were very gracious showed me all the models they had and I picked out a DACH Apollo in Blue with tan upholstery. Told him that’s the one I wanted. And they delivered it one day later. Excellent service the whole operation took maybe 30 minutes. Willing to bend over backwards to get you what you want.
